In addition to his legal background, Mr. Koroma holds a Masters of Art, Peace and Development Studies from Njala University, Sierra Leone and Bachelor of Arts (General), English and Sociology from Fourah Bay College, USL.
Abdulai Koroma has a long postgraduate career starting from 2012. He started as a Researcher with Transparency International, and later joined the then Ministry of Social Welfare Gender and Children’s Affairs then in 2014 as a Social Services Officer. He has wealth of experience in all the thematic areas in Social Work having provided leadership for the Ministry offices in over four districts in Sierra Leone. He is currently an Assistant Director at the Ministry of Social Welfare and serves as the Ministry’s Focal Person (Lead) in the Gender-based Violence Information Management System (GBVIMS). Abdulai has special interest in Human Rights Law, Family Law, Property Law, and Commercial Law.
